Eligibility Criteria for Certification

To qualify for a certification under the Green Mentorship Program, mentees must:

  1. Complete Program Requirements – Attend and actively participate in at least 80% of the scheduled sessions.

  2. Engage in Peer-to-Peer Learning – Contribute meaningfully to discussions and collaborative activities.

  3. Submit Required Assignments – Complete all required coursework, exercises, and evaluations.

  4. Demonstrate Growth & Application – Showcase applied learning through final presentations or projects as required.

  5. Receive Positive Peer and Mentor Reviews – Obtain satisfactory feedback from facilitators and fellow mentees.

Certificate Collection Options & Fees

Mentees who meet the certification criteria can choose from the following collection options:

1. Electronic Certificate

  • Delivered via email in PDF format.

  • Cost: $2

2. Hard Copy Certificate

  • Printed certificate mailed to the mentee’s provided address.

  • Cost: $10

3. Electronic & Hard Copy Certificate Bundle

  • Mentees opting for both versions will receive the electronic certificate at no additional charge.

  • Total Cost: $10 (Green Mentorship waives the $2 electronic certificate fee when the hard copy is purchased.)

How to Request Your Certificate

  1. Verify Eligibility: Ensure all program requirements have been met.

  2. Select Preferred Certificate Format: Choose between electronic, hard copy, or both.

  3. Make Payment:

    • Payments should be processed through the official Green Mentorship portal.

    • Payment confirmation is required before certificate processing.

  4. Provide Required Details: Submit your full name, email, and mailing address (if applicable) for certificate delivery.

  5. Receive Your Certificate:

    • Electronic certificates are sent within 3-5 business days after payment verification.

    • Hard copy certificates are mailed within 10-15 business days (delivery times may vary based on location).

Additional Notes

  • Green Mentorship will not issue certificates to mentees who fail to meet the eligibility requirements.

  • All payments are final; no refunds will be issued once processing begins.

  • For any issues or inquiries regarding certification, mentees should contact the program administration.
