Satisfactory Completion Rule Document
1. Purpose
The Green Mentorship Program is committed to developing sustainability leaders by providing a structured and impactful learning experience. This document outlines the necessary criteria that mentees must fulfill to successfully complete the program and receive certification.
2. Program Completion Criteria
To be awarded a Certificate in Sustainability Leadership, mentees must satisfy the following requirements:
A. Coursework Completion
- Complete all 30 structured courses across foundational, intermediate, advanced, and specialized categories.
- Achieve a minimum grade of 80% in all course assessments.
- Engage with self-paced learning modules and complete practical exercises.

B. Mentorship Engagement
- Attend at least 80% of scheduled one-on-one or group mentor sessions.
- Actively participate in discussions, feedback mechanisms, and problem-solving sessions.
- Apply mentor feedback to personal development and program activities.
C. Capstone Project Completion
- Collaborate with the assigned mentor to design and implement a sustainability-focused project.
- Develop a project with clear objectives aligned with sustainability goals.
- Complete all project milestones within the stipulated timeline.
- Deliver a final project presentation demonstrating impact and outcomes.
D. Community Learning Circle Participation
- Attend at least 80% of bi-weekly peer-to-peer learning sessions.
- Actively contribute to discussions on sustainability challenges and best practices.
- Engage in collaborative problem-solving and knowledge-sharing activities.
E. Engagement with Program Resources and Support Components
- Complete initial skills assessment and periodic competency tracking.
- Utilize the resource library and digital tools for learning and project development.
- Review performance analytics and apply insights to personal growth.
3. Assessment and Evaluation
Participants are assessed based on the following:
- Course Completion & Assessments: Evaluation of all completed courses with a minimum 80% grade requirement.
- Capstone Project Quality: Evaluation of the project’s relevance, execution, and measurable impact.
- Participation & Engagement: Monitoring attendance and active involvement in mentorship sessions, community learning circles, and peer discussions.
- Mentor Feedback & Review: Assessment based on mentor evaluations and mentee responsiveness to guidance.
4. Certification Eligibility
Mentees who meet all completion criteria will be awarded the Certificate in Sustainability Leadership. Those who fail to meet any requirement may be required to complete additional work or retake certain components before certification eligibility is granted.
5. Compliance and Exceptions
- Participants facing extenuating circumstances must notify program administrators in advance to request exceptions or deadline extensions.
- Failure to meet minimum participation and performance requirements may result in program dismissal.
- Appeals for reassessment can be submitted within two weeks of program completion.
